Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows another client to enjoy the appointment and helps you avoid a cancellation fee.


Cancelations/no shows that occur within less than 48 hours of the appointment will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.

This fee is to be paid before your next appointment can be scheduled. Additionally, a $50.00 booking fee is required to reserve your next appointment which will be applied to your services the day of.

COVID-19 Policy

Late Arrivals:
Late Guests will be assessed a $10.00 add-on charge if they are more than 10 minutes late for their appointments.

Guests that are repeatedly late (more than 3 times in a row) will not be allowed to pre-book services and will only be able to request a same-day opening if available.

Social Media:

Occasionally, I take before and after photos of my guests. I might choose to use any guest photos on my website or social media profiles. 

Service Redos:

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.
